Explore chef-created dishes in four courses:
- First course: seared scallop with lemongrass, dashi, Asian pear, chive caviar, edible flower
- Second course: salmon fillet with crispy skin, forbidden black rice, baby bok choy, fried garlic, edible flower, lemon zest
- Third course: slow-braised short ribs, roasted beets, Hoisin demi-glaze, pickled watermelon radish, daikon sprouts, sesame seeds
- Fourth course: Hawaiian guava cake, grilled pineapple, strawberries, banana leaf, powered sugar
There will be wine pairing available at additional charge, or purchase other beverages.
